Dr Richard Green, a researcher at the Surrey Institute for People-Centered Artificial Intelligence at Surrey University (UK), is currently spearheading a research project focused on the utilization of ‘carebots’ (comprising chatbots and other artificial technologies) to enhance the health and well-being of older adults.
